
Customer satisfaction is important to Golden Age Treasures. We ensure every customer shopping experience will be exceptional. If any customer needs to return an item, review the Golden Age Treasures return policy before returning.
Return Eligibility
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice of billing.
Item should be in its original condition, including all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact.
All accessories, boxes, and papers that came with the item are returned along with it.
Returns for all normal orders subject to the approval of Golden Age Treasures management.
Return and exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision regarding the eligibility of a return and exchange rests solely with the management.
For Special Orders
The Items with the following criteria are considered as special orders at Golden Age Treasures:

Any high-value Items priced above $10,000

Items specifically ordered at the customer’s request.

Items not originally belonging to the store and consigned by others.
Special orders, as defined above, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. Any advance payments or deposits made for special orders are also non-refundable. All special orders are subject to approval by Golden Age Treasures management.
For Local Orders
Golden Age Treasures will take care of the return delivery charges, which will not be deducted from your refund.
Golden Age Treasures team carefully inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards before processing the refund.
For International Orders
Customers outside the local area are responsible for return shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes.
The item must be returned in its original condition, and any damage or loss during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
It is advised to use a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
All approved refunds will be issued exclusively via wire transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
Any transaction charges that were applied during the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for items will be conditional on the market value of the watch at the time of the refund.
